Infighting dominates at the ANC and it is killing its unity

- The ANC is often reported to be fighting with the ANC

- The infighting in the ruling party could hamper its success during the 2019 election

- Political analyst Susan Booysen feels the in-house fighting is destroying the ANC's unity

ANC members fighting with or arguing with ANC members is a regular thing these days. Unity seems to be something of a rarity with the ruling party.

There are several court battles between members of the ANC and chaotic accusations of in-house conspiracies.

eNCA reports that political analyst Susan Booysen believes the ANC will lose unity in its party and be left with "many ANCs".

This could lead to negative outcomes for the party in the upcoming 2019 elections.

A very serious consequence of the infighting at the ANC is the openings left for fake lawsuits. One example is the false instructions of a member to stop the regional conference or face a court interdict.

This is according to political analyst Susan Booysen, who says the constant litigation has led to what she calls “many ANCs” a situation that could be a threat to the party’s 2019 electoral fortunes.

This the second letter in a space of 7 days that we have seen in the main on social media, the first letter, the advocate concerned dismissed that’s letter that she was not involved.

Booysen is convinced that the ANC has lost control over the members of the party.

Divisions in the ruling party are hampering members from doing their work effectively.

It is very important that it is too be seeing a pulling together towards the centre, and not undermining the centre because that would mean big problems for the ANC going into the elections because voters don’t know which of the many ANC’s to believe.
